Every GEN connectivity services comes with full management included, which means we'll maintain the router, patch, configure and repair/replace for the duration of the contract.
If you DO NOT have connectivity with GEN, but still wish to have a fully managed device, this is offered as a service, priced as below, per unit. If you have more than 30 units then contact the team for pricing.

Initial configuration is included, as is technical support.
Prerequisites:
You must have a service with a fixed static IP Address.
You will need to provide the initial configuration, including PPP credentials, VLAN ID, LAN IP Range, any DHCP requirements, any Wifi requirements, NAT requirements, SIP requirements, and any VPN requirements.
Service (SLA4):
- You will have access to the HelpDesk for support and configuration.
- We will repair/replace the equipment if its fails, with a pre-configured replacement.
- We will maintain the firmware and patch security updates.
- We will undertake configuration changes as requested, providing there is access to the router.
