The GEN Portal - Tickets

The Tickets tab provides a quick overview of HelpDesk tickets, and a quick create allowing tickets to be created from the Portal. You SHOULD use the HelpDesk at https://support.gen.uk to interact with tickets and this tab is provided for convenience. 

Clicking on a ticket number will take you to that ticket in the HelpDesk.
