The GEN Portal - Files

Your Account Manager, and other GEN Staff can put files into your 'area' for you to download in this tab. These are often things like the welcome pack, handover processes, Onboarding todo lists and other useful documents, but it isn't limited to this.

To download a file from the FIles tab, simply click Download. 

All other downloads can be found in Downloads
