Function: Home Mode
- Allowed versions: 7.13+, 6.49.8+
- This means that this configuration is valid for MikroTik RouterOS versions 7.13 and later, as well as version 6.49.8 and above.
- Flagged/Flagging-enabled: No
- The device mode is not flagged or under a process to change state.
- Scheduler, Socks, Fetch, PPTP, L2TP, Bandwidth Test, Traffic Gen, Sniffer, IPsec, Romon, Proxy, Hotspot, SMB, Email, ZeroTier, Containers, Install Any Version, Partitions, and Routerboard: Disabled

Physical Button Requirement
Any modification or configuration change in home mode requires pressing the physical reset button on the device for the changes to take effect. Without this physical interaction, no changes can be saved.
Practical Advice
- Backup Configuration: Before making any changes, ensure you have a backup of your current configuration.
- Read Documentation: Always refer to the official MikroTik documentation before changing settings, especially in critical modes like home mode.
- Test Changes: If possible, test any new configurations on a secondary device or in a controlled environment before applying them to production equipment.
By understanding these details and following the practical advice provided, you can effectively manage your MikroTik devices while adhering to the constraints of home mode.
