In Outlook 2013/2016 go up to the upper left and click File,
then go to Info - Account and Social Network Settings - Account Settings to open the Account Settings window.
Click the Email tab if not already selected.



Now you should have...



Select the Email tab if not already selected, and then click New



Select Manual Setup at the bottom as above and click Next > 



Select POP or IMAP as above and click Next >

In the next screen, which will vary depending on which version you are using you need to complete the following: 

User Information: 
Your Name: This is just your full name. 
Email Address: This is the full email address supplied to you in the form of something@domain.com

Server Information: 
Account Type: This must be IMAP
Incoming mail server: This must be mail.genzone.net
Outgoing mail server: This must be mail.genzone.net

Logon Information: 
Username: This is your full email address as you entered in 'Email Address' above. 
Password: This is the case sensitive password that you were supplied with by GEN. 

Tick the "Remember Password" box if not already ticked. 

The click "More Settings..."

Select the outgoing server tab, and tick "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and make sure "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected. 

Now Click "OK" and then "Next >"

Outlook will send itself a test email and you should get a screen like...
