The installation on iOS is very straitforward and this guide will walk you through the steps. 

Firstly, download the NetBird App from the appstore

Then open the app

Click Continue

Hit 'Settings' bottom right, and then select 'Change Server'

Confirm, and enter the GEN Netbird address https://bird.gen.network

And click 'Change'.

Now initiate a connection using the large button in the middle of the screen and you will be asked to add a configuration, Select Allow.

You will then be presented with the GEN Authentication screen. Use the username you were issued, and the password (and optionally 2FA) you setup when you provisioned it.

You will then be connected to GENAccess via Netbird. 

IF this is the very first time you're trying to connect to GENAccess - You may receive an error because dual-approval is in place. Simply ask your IT department, upstream, or GEN to approve this connection.

You are now connected. To disconnect, press the same large button in the middle of the screen. You will only be asked to authenticate if your tokens expire (every few days). Please DO NOT write down your GENAccess passwords, instead use a password manager.
