Frequently Asked Question
Users CANNOT register themselves at the HelpDesk. It must be requested via your line manager, account manager, or by someone already registered on the HelpDesk using the JML Team.
Process
Once requested, an account is generated and an email will be sent to you like the following:
Follow the link in that email, which will take you to the HelpDesk User Setup Screen (below):
Fill in your information, make any corrections, set your timezone, and you password. This information is IMPORTANT. We may use it to contact you, or to verify your identity.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PASSWORD
We don't see it, we can't access it, only you know it and we only store a hash. IF you forget it, you will need to request a password reset via the same channels that requested your user account. If your organisation is using MFA, then you are responsible for that also, those keys cannot be recovered and if you loose access to your Yubikey, you will need to request a reset and re-onboard.
